Of the population of 4000 persons, Cayon boasts of its very friendly and outspoken people. The community is a very religious one, where pne can find at least nine (9) churches, namely the St.Mary’s Anglican Church, The Bethesda Moravian Church, The Seventh Day Adventist, The Church of God, Redeem Baptist Church, the Church of God of Prophecy, Elim Chapel, Methodist, Church of God Seventh Day and the New Birth Tabernacle. The Cayon area is approximately _____ in length and ______in width and is divided into about eleven different areas of its own which could be identified as Cental Cayon, Water Works, Sarah Bowry, Whites, Guinea Grass, St.Mary’s Terrace Heritage, Cabbage Tree, Cayon Project, Cunningham Village and Spooners. |
